I needed a simple recumbent bike that didn't take up an excessive amount of space and this item fit the bill. Assembly took far longer than the 30-45 minute estimate but I was taking my time to avoid errors and although lengthy, assembly was simple enough. The bike is very quiet and feels solid and sturdy while pushing the pedals hard. The range of tension options seem generous enough to cover whatever resistance necessary. There are two small issues that were not deal-breakers for me. The first is that there is not a lot of pedal clearance from the floor and using the foot straps pushes my heels too low so that they make contact with the floor. I removed the straps and no longer have that problem as I can position my foot much higher on the pedal. The second issue is that the calorie counter does not adjust based on the selected tension - so, it is utterly inaccurate but not a feature that I particularly care about. Bottom line: I am happy with this purchase and use the bike regularly.
