I want to start off with, I’m very sensitive to vibration so I was a bit worried it would be too much for me. Thankfully it’s completely adjustable and I can use it on the lowest setting. Low noise level is a plus. I had another one that was so insanely loud and my dogs just barked at it the entire time. I wish it came with better instructions so I could understand each setting. Seems to be of good quality and quite durable. I have poor balance, so I’m hoping that with time I’ll be able to improve stability.

I am genuinely very happy with this vibration plate, with one small caveat. It arrived very well packaged, which immediately gave me confidence that care was taken in shipping. Overall, the build quality of the machine itself feels comparable to equipment you might see in a physical therapy setting. My main frustration is the instruction manual. The wording is sometimes unclear or awkward, and certain explanations are confusing. For example, the manual states, “the digital display on the left stands for the speed level during the workout, and the right digital display corresponds to the level of speed.” That wording isn’t very helpful and makes it difficult to understand what is actually being described. It also states that the “+” button adjusts both speed and timer, but I was not able to get it to adjust the timer as described. It is possible this requires more experimentation, but the instructions did not make that clear. I also would have appreciated guidance on how to actually use the machine in terms of exercise ideas or positioning. The manual focuses almost entirely on operating the device rather than how to work out with it. Despite those frustrations with the instructions, the machine itself feels high quality and performs well. I am very pleased with it overall and would still purchase it knowing what I know now.
