I know the description gives the size but I was still surprised on how large they were when they arrived. I'm a home service provider and am in and out of home all day and it gets tedious taking your shoes off and on, or even shoe booties. Just place these on the floor at the door and when you walk on them they pull the dirt off your shoes. No more having to take my shoes off/on each time I go out to my truck. It's like stepping on a sticky pad. As the pad get covered in dirt and the stickiness deteriorates you just peel off the top sheet and you have a new sheet. 30 sheets to a pad. Sure makes jobs easier now.

Install (if you can call it that) takes all of 30 seconds... stick it down, peel the top layer, and you’re done. The tackiness is noticeable (in a good way)… enough to pull dust, sawdust, and pet hair off shoes without feeling like you’re going to lose a sock walking across it (think, aggressive post-it). The layered design is great - when the top sheet gets dirty, it peels off cleanly and you’re right back to a fresh surface with no fuss. I was a doofus and mistakenly thought the blue color part was a backing and the part that stays on the ground is clear, that...... is not the case. So, that limits the places/time I use these. Where they really shine is in high-traffic transition areas (garage to house, workshop entry, remodel areas, pet areas, etc). You can actually see the amount of debris they’re catching over a few days, which makes it obvious they’re doing their job - handy for checking for fleas, too. The size gives you enough steps across the mat to be effective, and the numbered sheets are a small but handy bonus.
