Compact and versatile
This compact and practical camping stove is just what I have been looking for. One of its best features is the foldable design -- all accessories can be stored neatly inside -- saving a lot of space. The viewing window is also very useful, allowing me to monitor the fire safely. It supports multiple fuel types, which makes it very versatile for different camping situations. Built from sturdy carbon steel, it feels durable. It is great to handle cooking tasks like boiling or grilling. Overall, I am happy to recommend this compact and versatile tent stove for camping lovers.

Functional, but with flaws
I fell in love with the idea of a camping stove after seeing one repeatedly featured in a bush crafting series on winter camping. This one is smaller, compact, and thus only has enough room for one pot at a time. However, it is ideal for people who go car camping and want to have a more luxurious experience. This stove was had a list price of £69.99 at the time of ordering, over three weeks ago. It is currently £5 lower. The build quality is good, even though there are a few areas which appear to be less polished. For example, the spray painting is uneven in parts. The circular cover for the stove top has a couple of dark grey spots, where the rest is black. There is a knob which is clearly meant to be attached to the door to open it, but there is nowhere on the door for it to be attached. The only way to empty the "grate" is to tip the stove forward and shake it about, because the underlying tray cannot be pulled out. Despite the stove sitting steadily on its two legs (not four as the booklet says, more on that later), the legs buckle VERY easily and this makes the unit unsafe, especially if used inside a tent. I accidentally and very lightly knocked it and the back legs bent inwards. I had to catch the stove before it tipped backwards. Fortunately it was not hot at the time. There is no way to lock the legs into place when they are extended. There is a list of "optional items" in the booklet and one of them (the screwdriver) actually comes with this kit. The thing that would have been most helpful is the carry bag. At this price, I cannot understand why the bag is optional. The stove is heavy, and lugging it around in the box is not ideal. The booklet can be understood, but it is not in "proper" English and so some of the phrases and sentences will make you laugh out loud. For example, you are instructed to "light the ignition agent with a shotgun". Some instructions take several passes before the meaning is gleaned. The heat distribution is good in a small tent, but I would not rely on this for winter use - it is too small for that. I do wish that the funnel were at least a couple more segments taller. On the whole, I like the stove. It is functional, it looks good (cute, I'd say) and the side grills are solid. I went back and forth between awarding this 3 or 4 stars and eventually settled upon 3 stars because of the flaws outlined above, and because there are larger versions of this stove (which accommodate 2 pots) which are in the same price range. This would have been a solid 4 stars if it had been around £10 cheaper.
