Please don’t buy this product . It’s very low bin quality and looks , also don’t work. When I have initiated return . They are saying it courier the item . Totally frustrating. Avoid this purchase from Amazon .

The car is not working

We purchased the toy on one-day delivery but there was issue with the car as it was not turning properly and so we had to exchange it. The replacement process was smooth and easy because of Amazon but took over one week. Since we had ordered this toy much before the birthday of the kid we were gifting, that didn't matter. The first one we received had a rechargeable battery in the car that had to be removed and recharged every time. The replacement piece was better as we could directly plug-in and charge the car without the need to remove the battery every time. For the remote you need to use normal batteries. Coming to the toy, it was good and moved smoothly without any problem. There was no problem with performance but the build quality was a little disappointing as the plastic used was not good. GIfted it, so can't tell how much time it runs when fully charged. An advice for those who want to gift- these kind of toys come with issues frequently and you may need to replace them one or two times. So order well in advance as the replacement may take lot of time.

The product is not working. And the Amazon costumer care no. Also not reflact to raise the complaint. I have received the product 27th April and the same day i had requested for return but today is 9th May no one had contact me for return. The return request show return request submitted. This is very worst service from amazon this kind of service never happened with me.
