I bought this phone just a month ago for my wife. She was so cautious that she did not even want to use it before we got a Cover for it. She uses her phone for both personal and office related work. It was working fine for the first 2-3 weeks, but since a week she started complaining that the screen is freezing. It does not respond at all. This kept repeating again and again at least 15-20 times a day over the last couple of days. We tried multiple things like waiting for a little while, clearing the cache, closing all apps and finally hard booting if required. But today morning, the screen did not respond even after hard booting. We are able to use the limited features that are accessible on the small screen on the top, but the main screen did not work. we finally took it to the authorized service center and to our surprise, they could not replicate the problem there. The moment we left that place and came home, the same problem re-started again. We had to go back to the service center and they said they'll have to reinstall the OS to fix the issue. I hope they'll be able to fix it for good before returning it to us. However, my concern is that a phone that costs ~1.2 Lakhs crashing like this within a month of buying it, is completely unacceptable. We do not have any 3rd party apps installed, no physical damage or any other things that we can think of that could cause this kind of an issue. I have been a loyal Android user and Samsung is supposed to be producing the best of the Android devices in the market. I am absolutely disappointed by this experience. Update: At the Service center, they diagnosed that it was a hardware issue and had to replace the touchscreen. For some reason they also replaced the battery. I still don't understand what the battery had to do with the touch screen not working. I hope the issue is fixed for good now. Nevertheless. I am really disappointed with this incident. I feel like we are using a refurbished phone and not a new one though we paid for a new one!

I have been usingbit for a month and l loving it already. I always prefer the compact mobile and thus one suits me really well. I dont face any cons so far. Awesome i made the right choice.

I purchased this product on 16Jan 2026. Half of primary screen got dead, when I tried to request for service I se the manufacturer warranty is already expired. Before purchasing, i already had such doubt as people complaint in review. So i contacted Amazon support before purchasing, and they confirmed the 1 year warranty. But now within 3 months, handset is useless and warranty is not available.

One of best available flip phones available in Indian market...!! Ui is good camera quality is great..!! Build quality and feel is solid.

Updated : This phone falls off your hands very easily. Chances of damage huge. ------ I am ok with the product. Battery is good and not bad at all. Even after days usage it's still around 50. It does get hot while doing video call and also while using maps or android auto. One important thing that I didn't realise before buying was this doesn't look like a phone while folded. Looks like some gadget or old time pager.. given the fact that simple slabs have become default look of the phones. Most of the apps work on cover screen. It looks to be delicate thus being careful. The screen around the creeze doesn't feel it's there.. so good. Using it for 2 weeks now. One hand opening closing isn't easy, but u get used to do it with 2 hands. It's certainly not mind blowing but ok.

It's not Dust resistant after 1 month My front camera getting dusty and now front camera is like cheap phones faded images

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE Ordered 2 weeks ago. Phone makes a loud cracking sound when opened. Screen sometimes flickers when I opened. Switches to random apps even when I'm not touching the phone. Ear piece is fuzzy. Received with no seal on the main screen. currently in the process of returning hopefully they even refund me as I have seen other people say their warranties were a scam. Do not buy this phone.

The rear screen is working. The front display isn't working. I just don't understand.

I purchased this phone, which was advertised as new, and first used it in March 2026. However, upon reviewing the battery health information, it indicated that the battery was first used on June 30th, 2024 and the battery health was 98%. This suggests that at least the battery was not new as stated. Please be aware that the condition of the phone may not be accurately represented, as it appears it was not entirely brand new. Phone never came with the proctaive wrap on screen or back,box was sealed, was advertised as brand new ,so in this case wouldn't u think the screen nd back would have a peel off screen protector. It didn't Always apart from this,really good phone nd happy with it .
