I recieved mine & have used it twice now. I bought it mainly for the body roller. It doesn't hurt! I thought it would, but it really doesn't. I had little red dots show up the next day. However, im using Retinol body lotion behind it. In just 2 times, ive seen massive improvement on the loose skin on my inner thighs. A sl8ght improvement on my upper arms & belly. Im only doing it about every 2 or 3 weeks. You need to give your skin time to heal & make collagen according to the dermatologists. However, the instructions say no more than 3 times a week. My skin was tender for several days after. Id hate to use it more than twice a week!

I have purchased and used many different microneedling rollers. This set is by far, the best I've ever used. My daughter gets professional microneedling. She returns home looking as though she has a sunburn. I was able to achieve a professional session with this set. I wish I could post my before and after but I'm not nervy enough. Here's what my session achieved: Redness for 2 days. On day 3, flaking. Day 4, some rough spots still on random places that subsequently peeled. My results on day 5, the vertical lines above my upper lip are gone except for right in the middle. Even those are showing less depth. My marionette lines (the left side is deeper than the right) both sides are clearly improved. My number 11's between my brows, much less visible. The horizontal lines on my forehead are much less visible (improved depth). My jawline, no miracle yet, but there is noticeable improvement in the definition. I have never been more astounded by the results of any facial treatment. This includes active serums, creams, moisturizers, LED red light therapy, gua Sha, facial yoga, etc. If you are struggling with aging, sagging skin, wrinkles, I highly recommend this needling set. At 0.25, you won't go too deep applying firm pressure. The different sizes make it easy to needle those smaller areas like above the upper lip and around the nose. Make sure to needle smaller sections at one time and apply in all directions before moving on to the next section. I had decided I would have to live with those ugly vertical lip lines. It was depressing. This set exceeded my expectations. I will order again. Best wishes!

This is definitely the best value for the money! It comes with multiple heads to use for skin care as well as for scalp health. It even has a little covered reservoir to pour alcohol to clean the different attachments. These are quality functionality with a comfortable handle. I use this regularly twice a week and I've noticed hair regrowth on my scalp in as little as 3 weeks of regular use!! I highly recommend this purchase.

You get interchangeable sizes. I used the large on my arms and chest. Medium on my neck and face. Small around my eyes and nose. It has a small built-in dish for alcohol (not included) to sterilize after each use. These micro-needling heads work great. I treated my arms, chest, neck and face then I applied a healing serum that I purchased separately. The value for money is great. Be sure to use on clean dry skin and soak the needling head in alcohol for 5 minutes after each use.

Love the different sizes! Perfect for different spots on your face to use. Love the spot to hold rubbing alcohol to clean each head after using.

The most annoying thing about this set is the on the large roller , the roller head always seems to break or come apart. Iv had two of these sets with the same thing happening. there is no pain while using them the value would be great if the roller wouldnt come apart.

Pros: Easy to clean/sterilize per instructions. Easy to remove hair if some gets stuck in the roller. (Floss it out). Great results. I have used it for 2 months, and used it 3 times a week for 2 weeks, then 2 times a week for 2 weeks, and now one time a week. I use it with professional grade hyaluronic acid, add more to the skin afterward, and LED red light therapy for 10 minutes. Cons: NOT FOR HAIR LOSS. Despite the manufactures' claims, it WILL CUT and rip out hair. Use only an bald or shaved areas.
