Great chair.
I love my new chair as it's durable, build quality, sturdier and support with the cup holder is a must.

Using it as an office chair - yep
I just got a desktop computer, and I hadn't even thought about a place to sit. I searched for office chairs, and they were either too large for the space I have, or too expensive. So I remembered a different kind of chair - "camping chair" - and found this one. It works pretty well. It's comfortable when I want to lean back, it has a cup holder so I'm not placing my drinks on my desk and risking a spill, and it folds up so I can easily move it to get more room. I think it was a great idea actually. My only complaint is that it does indeed sit a little low compared to my desk, and after a while, the bottom isn't so comfy. But, a cheap cushion can fix those issues I think. UPDATE: Only a few days later, and I've noticed the arms starting to tear/break. Probably from me using them to shift myself in the chair. Guess I can't do that any more. (I'm around 160 lbs by the way, so maybe it prefers more light-weight people.) UPDATE 2 : Broke only a few months later. Won't buy another one.

Great Value for the Price!
Somehow, someway, I managed to never purchase an outdoor folding chair. With an upcoming concert a few weeks ago, I went ahead and used my Prime membership to get this to my door within a couple of days. There are absolutely nothing outstanding about these chairs... but that's okay. You are getting great value for what you pay for. General observations: - They aren't large, but they are large enough. - The cup holder is plenty large and sturdy enough. - Pretty lightweight - These aren't going to blow you away in beauty... but they aren't exactly ugly either (I get it, that doesn't help. But, just saying that you are paying for a plain folding chair.) Overall, I'm very happy with an affordable outdoor chair. Haven't used long enough to give an opinion on how well they hold up. Will try to come back and weigh in next year...

Very light chair, but perfect for me, to carry to my grandson's soccer games.
A great little chair. I like that it's very light & easy to fold up. If you're a larger person though, I do not think it'd be a good choice.

Pretty basic
Not very sturdy and pretty small but they are cheap. I use them for our high school students so they do break pretty easily. Treat them gently and they’ll probably be fine for short term use.

So far so Good!
I have only used this on one camping trip so far so when I think about it the amount I paid was worth it. I do quite a bit of research before I buy products and sometimes that means not buying top brand names. That was the case here. There was actually a tie between this chair and this one: http://www.amazon.com/o/ASIN/B005GYUSHK/ref=nosim/imaconoach-20 I don't weigh more than or close to the max weight on either one, 225 lb on this product or 500 lb on the other but I figured at 175 lb a 1/4 ton capacity chair would be pretty durable. Durability weighs (see what I did there?) very highly on my list. As an Assistant Scoutmaster and former Boy Scout I have seen countless camping chairs breaking even under the weight of the lightest scouts. I didn't want this to happen so the 1/4 ton chair intrigued me. I ended up choosing this chair over the 1/4 ton chair because of the lower price. Both chairs are rated similarly with nearly the same number of reviewers so I guessed I was getting approximately the same level of product. Time will tell on this chair. As I said before, it's only been on one campout. I have one campout later this month and then Summer camp so It will be seeing a lot of sitting in its future.

Poorly constructed with poor quality materials
So...I would love to have returned from our week-long bike rally/camping trip to post a great review about this particular product, but I just can't. We purchased 3 of these chairs for our household, one red and two green. Upon receiving them, I opened one up to discover that they were smaller than I expected. They fit me quite comfortably, as I am 5'2" and just over 100 lbs. However, they did not fit my larger fiance or roommate. We set up our camp and gathered around the fire for some dinner the first evening of our camping trip only to have the first one break that night as our roommate, who is tall but not quite 200lbs, was sitting in it. We thought it was a good joke at first. He must have shifted his weight wrong, etc. By the end of the 5 days, they were all broken, all in the same spot. When we studied the construction we discovered that it was shoddily made. My fiance had found a pink Magellan brand chair that was big and roomy the day before the trip, and bought it for me because it was my favorite color. The supportive poles that hold up the chair were twice as big in diameter as the Quik Chair brand. Other friends brought chairs from Bass Pro, all of which had thicker support poles and gave us no issues as well. The front support pole of the Quik Chair brand bent, causing the front corner of the chair to snap and rendering it useless. No one that sat in the chairs even came close to the weight limit; they were just poorly constructed with poor materials. We ended up tossing all three of them - and $45 - away at the end of the event. So, unless you have small children sitting in these that weigh less than 75lbs, don't even bother purchasing these because they won't last you a week. See the pictures below.

I used it many times in camping sites and I'm very satisfied with its quality.

It replaced my last one (the same one) and it lasted about 3-4 years...

Sin duda es una silla plegable de buena calidad y el precio me parece mas que justo por el producto. La silla es resistente y se ve que esta hecha de buen material, para nada se siente fragil y cuenta con una funda para guardarla y llevarla facilmente a donde quieras.
