The product arrived in perfect condition and was easy to install. It works exactly as described, the LED light is bright and gives a modern touch to the bathroom. The materials feel durable and the battery lasts quite a while. Definitely a purchase worth it, highly recommended.

Bought on 19 Jan 2024. Worked fine until a couple of weeks ago. After flush, water doesn't fill up back into toilet. I have to manually pour water into toilet each time after I flush. If I don't, there's not enough water in toilet to flush even a small amount of toilet paper.

Bought this toilet a while back and then ordered a second. Unfortunately I had to send the second one back due to location of the drain, returning the item was a little time consuming but not too much of a hassle. One hassle was the hose connection, their connection hose requires 7/8” attachment vs a standard valve connection but nevertheless it’s well worth the hassle.

I have purchased five of these to date! They work amazing and are an exceptional value for the price. The seller is very professional and and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this product.

It broke down in less than two years.

Seat cover was damaged and i contacted them and they delivered the new seat in just 4 days. Very satisfied and toilet works great a must have.

LOVE this, especially the heated seat. Only complaint is that it takes a special plumber to know what to do if there is a problem. These toilets were made in China and most American plumbers don’t know how to install or fix problems.

Works great. My father used it and said we should be charging per use!
