This is just simply a beautiful dress!!!! And the price is also wonderful too :) I had to buy a very small size for my daughter, age 9 yrs old, who usually wears size 6x, a size 4!!! I did check the size chart and it worked perfectly…size 4 is perfect for her so yes it runs really big. Now keep in mind the size 6x she usually wears ides not fir close to her either but size 4 wasn't what I thought would work but it did so check the size chart for guidance.In the end this is an awesome buy and I am very pleased with it and my 9 yr. old is extremely happy as well. I thought though with the pic that the sleeves on the dress it would cover her a bit more than it does and so I purchased a bolero which really helps to complete the look for her first communion. I have 6 flowergirls- all of them granddaughters & went looking for affordable flowergirl dresses at the mall, I found cheesey not well made EXPENSIVE dresses. This dress has a soft overlay ( not crunchy), the embroidery is beautiful & though you cannot see in the pics- there are beads in the center of each flower & sequins around the hemline. the dresses were true to color on my screen & would match DB wine swatch perfectly. THE DRESSES ARE BEAUTIFUL & THE PICS ONLINE DO NOT DO THEM JUSTICE. They were delivered a day before the estimated arrival date I thought for affordable... ok 1 use, $40- not a problem but they are really well made & am psyched about how pretty my girls are going to be! I have 1 regular sized granddaughter & a taller more "noodly" granddaughter- the sleeves, hemline all fit but my "noodle kid" it was slightly big & I expected that. double check your measurements & feel safe with the vendor- you will not be disappointed!

The dress is very pretty. just as described by the seller. When I ordered it, it thought of buying petticoat but I put it off till I see the dress. When it arrived, I didn't think it would need one. It is a little big for my daughter but I was hesitant of buying the size 4. I have bought a dress from this seller before with size 4 and it fit just right for my daughter then but she's 5 yrs old now and falls in between sizes. I just tightly tied the waist ribbon and it looks just fine in front. It would need some sewing to to have it perfectly fit her. But then again because she falls in between sizes. Overall, it is a very pretty dress. I must admit I keep coming back to buying from AMJ for her dresses.

Beautiful dress. The flower broke off right out of the box because the metal pin snapped in transit, but we didn't need the flower and I was going to remove it anyway.It's her new party dress. It's huge, especially on my skinny little girl, but that was expected because I've purchased AMJ dresses before so I know they run really large but are made of some really good materials. So it just means this is a dress for her to grow into and enjoy for a long time.

I gave it 3 stars due to price. I expected the material to be cheap, but the fake satin on too also had snags and the skirt isn't full like in the pictures. The length is perfect but the bodice and sleeves are way too large. The straps look more like 1980s poof sleeves when on. Normally I would go to a bridal shop or used kids clothes store to get a white fancy dress for my daughter's yearly pictures. Normally spending around $40.. I thought this would save me the running around.. Sadly I was mistaken, but it will work as a play/dress-up dress. Or for a kids tea party.

I bought this dress for my step daughter to wear as the flower girl in my wedding. She's three but is the size of most peoples 5-6 year olds. I bought a 6 and when it arrived I was so scared that it was going to be wayyy to big on her. Low and Behold- IT FITS and has room to grow. And she loves it. And to get a three year old to love a fancy dress that she can't get dirty is hard. I LOVE THIS DRESS AND WANT IT IN EVERY COLOR

Granddaughter was beautiful in this dress. I ordered the size 4. It was a 4 not a 3-4, she normally wears 2-3 and she wore it like a princess. It went to her feet and she lifted it as she walked it was so cute. Even though I ordered it a little big it went down to her feet but not too long. Wonderful dress! I ordered the gold/yellow color.
