I have been redecorating my three-year-old daughter's bedroom, and I am giving it a magical fairytale theme. My daughter pretends to be a princess daily, so I wanted to make her feel like one and bought this princess canopy for her bed. FEATURES: The top of the canopy is decorated in lace and pretty flowers. It has a single slit down the side that opens up so you can position however you would like to position it. It comes with the hardware to hang it: a hook and the thing that you can put into your ceiling for the hook to screw into (I'm not sure what it's called). It hangs by a metal hanging ring that you attach to the hook. It is quite long: My daughter's bed is a twin junior loft bed and it still fits with it, though it doesn't hang all the way to the floor in the position I have it in (toward the head of the bed). It came fully assembled except for the hook in the ceiling (obviously). COLOR: While it's in the package, it looks bubblegum pink because of all of the layers lying on top of one another, but once it's out of the package and spread out the way it's supposed to be, it is actually a light pink like in the product photo. QUALITY: The quality seems delicate because it is tulle, but it has held up to use just fine. We don't move it around much, but my daughter has moved it some and plays under her loft bed, where it hangs, and it has held up just fine so far. It looks lovely. AESTHETICS: This is so beautiful and feminine. It is perfect for little girls who love princesses and other frilly things. I added a string of tiny LED lights to the canopy and it makes it look so magical and whimsical. My daughter feels like a princess when lying under this canopy just like I hoped. FUNCTION: If you are buying this to keep out bugs, it will do a good job. You can close it entirely and the holes in the tulle are tiny enough to keep bugs out. There is plenty of length to wrap around an entire bed, and I'm guessing that is true no matter what your bed size it. It definitely works well with a twin bed (even a junior loft bed) without the excess fabric looking bad. I am entirely satisfied by this canopy and so glad I bought it. I recommend it for bug netting or simply for decor. It is beautiful, especially when paired with LED lights.

I moved to Florida from N.Y. and had not see a mosquitoes net since I was a child in P.R. But I had to buy this because i was having a mosquitoes problem in my bedroom and wanted to be able to sleep until I'ld had a chance to leave the house for 5 hours after fumigating. It served its purpose keeping the mosquitoes away from me. Not only help with the mosquitoes problem it makes the room look so pretty. I bought a blue one and also bought some blue sheers for my patio doors in the bedroom and it totally gave the room a new look. I love it! It fits over my queen size bet and have enough material to skirt around the bed and fold under the mattress on the sides.The only thing (which is why I gave it 4 starts) is that it needs to have some weight at the edge to keep it from shifting around a bit while you sleep. My suggestion (which it's what I did) is to get some nice heavy clips and clip them at the bottom of the net, by the opening. That way when you get in and out of the bed (i.e. to go potty) you can just swing the net out and the weight of the clips will keep the net down and over!!!

We liked this. We have seen quite a variety of these in the stores and online and they very a great deal in price. This one was the right choice for us. It looks really nice and has held up thus far as far as durability. Our daughter plays with the vale all the time, and has not damaged it thus far. The quality is evident out of the box, and the price point is very reasonable compared to others of likely similar quality. We would recommend this to anyone looking to treat their princess, well like a princess.

i can not believe that this canopy is so beautiful and well made given the low price. it was easy to hang and is just so pretty--the top has embroidered flowers and butterflies. also our cat has jumped on the bed many times and stepped on the canopy but it has never ripped! (kitty has learned to find the opening to get on bed!) This fits on all bed sizes as it is huge! Easy to hang also as it is very light. Update: we now use it over a bunk bed and it fits perfectly!

We hung this at the head of my daughter's full-sized bed so that it drapes more over the head of the bed than anywhere else, but it is long enough that it still wraps around her whole bed (and it has now become a nightly ritual to "close the drapes" around her at bedtime). Only one warning: if you have cats, be sure to pull it back out of the way during the day (we just pull the sides back and tuck them into her headboard) or else it will be riddled with holes from them playing with it! We have also taken a string of white Christmas lights and wrapped them around the top, making a "starlight" effect that serves better than a nightlight, it's awesome!!

Looks great but Ok quality. My little girl adores her bed. Best suited for a twin bed. We put ours on a king bed & it's cumbersome to sleep. The hanger that comes is made of a silly lace, nothing sturdy & it's coming off in less than 2 weeks of use. Wish it were made with better quality materials.

It's adorable and very large too! I bought it to go around my daughter's day bed but it looks as if it would fit a full size bed as well. My only complaint was the smell, which usually can't be avoided. We soaked it in vinegar, rinsed it then soaked it in some tide and downy for about an hour and rinsed it again. Smell is gone! One of the best features is that the metal ring comes out completely so you can store it or hand wash if needed without worrying about rust. Very happy with this product and my little girl loves it!

These came in the mail today. (I bought two, as I have twin girls.) A previous reviewer said that they didn't have hardware, so I bought some ceiling hooks before they arrived in the mail. I think the hooks that it came with probably wouldn't be sturdy enough for a young kid who might tug on these a bit as they are arranging the each evening. I bought a butterfly bolt that won't pull out of the ceiling. That being said, the lacy is pinker than the photo (which made my girls very happy!) And it is also softer than I thought it looked. It looked in the photos like stiff tulle, but this is soft lace. It doesn't look like it will last for ever, but for the money I spent on it, I am very pleased. I'm giving it five stars because I think the quality fits the price. If it had cost more then I wouldn't have given it five stars.

J’ai commandé ce ciel de lit pour ma belle-fille qui est une vraie princesse. Le rose est sa couleur favorite et elle est en amour avec. Comme on dit, beau, bon, pas cher. Elle ne veut plus s’en défaire.

Daughter loved it. Just as seen in photo. Goes around her entires bed if she wanted. (Queen) seems decent quality. Wish there was a better way to secure it to felling.

Girls really loved this addition to their room.

Its a pale peachy pink, which was not what I was looking for, but daughter loves it anyway. And that's what matters!
