AM NOT IMPRESSED
So far, I AM NOT IMPRESSED; lack of support, no documentation, no on-board regulation, and no way am i going to attempt connecting this to anything without the aforementioned. I might throw this one back and let it grow some more...

3A driver board
Havent tried it yet, still in the machine building stage. I wish there was wiring info.They work OKAY, one was D.O.A. and one was broken. Ordered two more and they seem to be good.
