Will these work in a chocolate fountain?

Not sure of what a chocolate fountain is, but we purchased the mini chips and they were perfect individual packs. There are more than enough to open and pour over ice cream. It can be melted with oil to pour if desired.

Why does it say paleo when cane sugar is clearly not paleo?
