PreSonusFaderPort USB DAW Controller Bundle with Headphones and Polishing Cloth

Faderport works beautifully with Studio One DAW. The headphones aren't as pictured (they sent AKG K77s instead), but I figured they're a bonus anyway and the AKGs sound great.

No drivers come with this paperweight, and none are available from presonus! Completely unusable!!!

I do like this item but it won't work in one of the DAWS that I use which is Proppllerheads Reason. I also use Korg's nanoKONTROL2 so I can get past not having the Faderport for Reason. Faderport is decent in Digital Performer. It works best in Ableton Live and Logic Pro X. It's a nice controller. I think most folks would find it useful.

Much like the other people reviewing this product, I didn't get what was advertised. No cleaning cloth and different headphones. The actual FaderPort works well, just not as useful as I would have hoped. In Pro Tools you can only use it to adjust track volumes and mono track's pan. You can't use it on any sends, pluggins, or any other parameter. Also useless for panning stereo tracks, as there is only one pan knob that only controls one of the pan "knobs" in Pro Tools. It is nice that it moves with the automation in Pro Tools tho.

The faderport is a must have for your studio but the quality of the headphones they're so cheap and terrible

First, the package did not contain the polishing cloth as advertised. Not a big deal, but indicative. When I called the seller for support on a minor issue, I was referred to the manufacturer. Not bad, as I was given the phone number, but not expert support either.The FaderPort USB DAW controller is a very good product.

This is great for using inside the booth,. Its size is perfect for having it close to your hand- and you wont have to leave your recording booth. Perfect with protools.
