Great Exercise For The Minimalist
If you do not have much room for exercise equipment or would like minimal equipment to achieve some great results than the Body Bar is a great start. Most people think you need large exercise equipment to get a full workout, and you can do that, but you can often achieve the same results with a small piece of equipment. When you buy the Body Bar you get a little booklet that includes some starter exercises that work various body parts. With some creative you can come up with other exercises suitable to your workout routine or you can shop around Amazon for workout videos that use the Body Bar equipment. This really is a great, inexpensive, minimal, exercise equipment to have around the house and this thing lasts a long time.

I use it for Pilates.
I use this bar as my "Pilates Pole". It's absolutely brilliant, and costs significantly less than anything sold through any official Pilates retailer. It works exactly the same and is even the same size as most Pilates poles (especially the ones used on PilatesAnytime.com , through which I personally find my workouts). I am very pleased with this purchase.

Weighted bar
I am a golfer and I have been using this bar as a warm up aid. It is also great in the gym for various exercises. Good quality.

Neat Weighted 3 Pound Bar
My Physical Therapist recommended that I purchase a 3 pound weighted bar from Amazon. I had rotator cup surgery on my rt. shoulder and this bar is perfect to aid me in my recovery!

Horrible smell. I thought I had some sort of ...
Horrible smell. I thought I had some sort of gas leak in my home, but it was actually the smell of this weighted bar. I have no idea what it is made of that would produce such a super strong toxic-like smell, but I had to immediately move it to the garage. It is too toxic smelling to bring back into my house, so I guess I will have to just throw it away. What a waste of money! I definitely would not recommend this product.
