How do you remove cover over coils to clean after use?

Place your fingernail or a small knife blade under that little "finger" on the underside of the Epilady. Pry it up very gently and it should come right out. It's rather like a small battery compartment cover. Anyway, it goes back together easily. Just be gentle with it since the plastic isn't very thick.

Is this an electric or battery operated??

This is battery operated. However, I didn't have much luck using it. It didn't seem to grab my "mustache" hairs at all. I ended up giving it away to AmVets. I have yet to find a good facial epilator.

Every time i use it, and i prefer it takes off the peach fuzz, it has black oil stuff that gets on your skin, i have tried to clean coil, doesn't help

I had the same problem after about six months of light use. Shortly after, the coil completely failed. Returned it to the store I bought it from.

How do i return this thing? Its junk, i cant seen to find a place to return???

You can't. They say in the brochure to call a certain number to get a return ticket, but they never answered me. Sorry looks like your stuck!
