Perrigo Dibucaine Ointment 1% Hemorrhoidal & Topical Analges

Initially I was super irritated when the Walgreens clerk told me the medication the doctor called in for pick up was an OTC medication and not available. I checked stores around me and it was not available. But I didn't want to pay for another online doctor's visit and pay another co-pay so I begrudgingly ordered it online (plus I was in pain). It worked fast, and I was feeling waaaay better after an hour or so. I had been using an older RX prescription Pramosone for over a week and it was not helping at all. I really wish I remembered what my OBGYN prescribed when I was pregnant, that tube of magic whatever it was took the pain away immediately. But until then, this seems to be the best so far.

I’ve used Nupercanal for years and haven’t been able to find it anymore. Tried lots of other ointments and creams and none really worked and when I had a flair had terrible pain. This stuff works almost as well as Nupercanal - has same main ingredient and not too expensive.

You can’t find Nupercainal or the store brand equivalent in the stores anymore. This product is very good.

Works great for after giving birth. This is what the hospital gave me and I ordered more for when I got home from the hospital. It was an absolute life saver. Put it on your pad and it works great.

I use it "off label" to numb infusion sites prior to needle insertion. For this purpose, I put it under some plastic wrap and tape it over the site for roughly an hour. It makes the process much less painful.

Worked very much like what I got in the hospital. Cap is use to remove but child safe.

This cream doesn’t mess around. Because who wants to mess around with hemorrhoids?
