I love the energy this gives. I take it when I wake up and you need to wait at least 20 minutes before eating. High quality glass bottle ingredients. I just got my third bottle. Only con is that the pills are quite large, so if you have a problem swallowing larger pills, this is not for you.

I have not had a bout of summer flu this bad in years. I've taken everything including Olive Leaf Extract but this is a product that I feel truly improves the sense of well being. I am aware I may have some slight adrenal issues in general, but everyone's adrenals will be taxed when succumbing to Cold/Flu. Unfortunately you cannot use Siberian Ginseng indefinitely because after a while once you return to balance it will have virtually no effect. It works best in worst case scenario situations where your typical regimen isn't enough. Highly recommended for stubborn sicknesses that just won't go away. You really feel a grounded feeling and energy gradually coming back. Once you are there, there is no need to continue taking it because it won't do any additional good. If you want to push beyond your baseline limits, there are other herbs for that.

One of the most Important & valuable to personal well-being supplement on thee entire market' for Siberian Eleuthero (formally siberian-ginseng)... This is a daily must, with two other upon waking supplements. You won't find a better Eleuthero product than this one. Everyone's different on (their personal cocktail of morning supplements) but when taken with Zhou's Energy+Focus... It's a powerful & long-lasting in effects desired. I was a die-hard coffee guy. (And still enjoy imbibing myself with a relaxing cup of coffee) *But the daily necessity, of not functioning without morning brew 1st, has faded away. And not that I desired it. It was that the clarity of Sibergin & Energy+focus give a clean delivery of all that my body needs. And no jitters or crash! Top-shelf stuff here!

Sibergin gives me lots of energy & focus. However, it was difficult for me to sleep at night. I would try it again.

I've been taking Sibergin for years and it definitely gives me endurance. I notice this when I don't get a full night's sleep - I'm still able to function at full capacity. Also I rarely get sick with common miladies like colds, sore throats, etc. Of course I tend to take good care of myself with good food, exercise and sleep, but Sibergin is an important element of my good health.

I purchased 8 bottles last March, and now I'm halfway through and so far EVERY SINGLE bottle has at least 1 and up to 4 (since I've started counting) broken capsules. That means (a) I don't know what sort of damage (Heat? But why aren't all capsules affected?) caused this to happen that the mfr would seal up the bottles knowing they're defective and (b) every single remaining capsule is extremely sticky from the broken ones. Note that Amazon is not the real seller here--it is Shop Healthy--though I don't know if the problem could have occurred in an Amazon warehouse. In any case, in future I will only buy from HealthAid (the manufacturer) or from a health store location near me.

I've been taking this wonderful product since 1999 - But the last 2 yrs, most bottles I order come with mulitple cracked softgels - which create a big oily mess. Not only do I lose the the value of the ones cracked, but all the other softgels are messed up with oil all over them.

value for the money, not the greatest- but I love the product
