Review: After a lifetime of swimming--these are the best I've found - I've been a daily swimmer for more than 30 years. I've used Speedo Ultra's, Swedish googles, Barracuda salt water goggles, Speedo Vanquishers, and Aquasphere Vistas. I've used each of these goggles for a significant amount of time. While all of these goggles have something to commend them, none of them does everything the Kayenne's can do. The Ultras will stay on *no matter what*, but they're uncomfortable. The Swedish goggles are weirdly comfortable, but are prone to failure during racing starts or dives (and don't tell me it's because they weren't on correctly--these things failed Michael Phelps at the Goodwill games). Barracuda's are strictly for lap swimming; they are very comfortable, but I lost mine while swimming in surf (and don't even think about a racing start or aggressive flip turn). The Vanquishers look cool, but aren't very good (I used these for only a short time). The Vista's I really like, and still wear on occasion, but aren't good for aggressive turns or racing starts; they are however, a great lap swimming google. The Kayenne does it all. It is as comfortable as the Vistas and as race worthy as my old Ultras. There are three different sized versions of the Kayenne: Regular, ladies, and youth. I recommend trying the regular's first, unless you know you have a small face. The fit and finish of these goggles is a cut above anything I've tried. Only the Barracudas (the high end ones) have a comparable level of finish and they ARE very comfortable, but they are extremely prone to slipping. My Kayennes never slip, they never leak, and (when combined with Spit Brand anti-fog spray) they never fog. I've stopped looking. I hope they never stop making this goggle. Review: causes dizziness and leaks - they are crystal clear (with lens anti fog) and comfortable, but, they cause shifted images in each eye. this gives me dizziness. I can deal with that, but then they started leaking after a few months. now they are near worthless. yes, I used anti-fog, but that never deteriorated my other goggles. I also only used them indoors, never in the sun; so I can't blame UV damage. I used them to swim laps (20-30), once or twice a week.

They're great!
I gave this 4 stars at the beginning but after a lot of use I've grown to really like this product. It really deserves the 5th star. The visibility is as good as it will get with a pair of swimming goggles. Yes they tend to just slightly skew the vision, but they are intended for the pool not deep water diving so they deserve a lot of respect in that category. Great goggles! --------- First Review: The visibility is overhyped. By reading the reviews and the 180 degree vision description, I was under the impression that these goggles would be an upgrade from the average snorkeling mask. They are good for doing laps but the underwater clarity is nothing to rave about; I wouldn't rely on their visibility when diving in open water but they're ok for the pool. Big plus is that they don't leak and they are the most comfortable goggles I've ever worn. The strap is very easy to adjust with the feature they have on the side and they stay on with no slips. So the visibility part was overhyped but overall they're a great pair of swimming goggles.

Double Vision
I read all the reviews, and decided that I would give them a try. These are honestly the most comfortable goggles I've ever worn. I was amazed about how much clarity and field of vision I had with them They fit snugly. They don't leak. The problem is the vision underwater. I see everything double, like you would in a 3D movie without the glasses. I really wanted these goggles to be good for me. I'll return them and try luck with some other goggles. My recommendation is: Buy them, if you have this problem give them back, they are so comfortable that they are worth trying.

Lifelong swimmer, my favorite goggles
Short and sweet, these goggles adhere to my face and allow zero leakage of water, right out of the box with minimal tightening of the strap. It doesn't get any easier than that. Their click lock mechanism for adjusting the strap is the easiest I've seen so you can quickly tighten it up during a workout if you start to leak. I have been a swimmer since I joined a team at age 8, and am still doing laps into my 40's. In that time, I have had a hate-hate relationship with a variety of goggles, trying most of the major brands. Historically, I've settled on Tyr, but still have had regular problems with leaking over time, and generally have to tighten the straps to an uncomfortable level. This is not so with the Kayennes, which is a nice bonus after a long distance swim. I am a small man (7 and 1/8 hat size) and these goggles lock onto my face flawlessly and provide a wide viewing angle for peripheral vision, which is key in triathlon open water races. They are ok at resisting fog, but I have stumbled across a great tip that has eliminated fog from all my goggles: RUB A THIN FILM OF NO TEARS BABY SHAMPOO ON THE INSIDE OF THE LENS. No fogging ever occurs after this treatment, and unlike other anti-fog products, if you get a bit in your eyes, you aren't in pain for hours afterwards. UPDATE: I have been using these goggles for a while now, and they are still as tight as the day I bought them.

Strong quality, cheap price
I bought these goggles because I started swimming lately, and I wanted to wear my contact lenses in the pool. This product is made of fine quality material, and it hardly ever leaks. I suspect that the occasional leakage (and fogging as well) comes from my inexperience and clumsiness as to how to put them on, because frankly, the last time I went swimming was a good ten years ago. For anyone who wonders, I'm a 25-year-old male who uses these goggles twice a week for approx. 2 hours, and while the goggles might look a little silly (not for me, but it was a remark from a friend), it does its job. Extra points go for the easily adjustable straps as well as for the excellent visibility and the handy case it comes with. I gave it 4 out of 5 because there's the - rather small - possibility that I'm indeed wearing it 'right' and the occasional leakage and fogging is the product's fault. Also, if anyone can tell me whether or not the brim of the lens should cover my eyebrows, I would be very grateful. :)

Finally!
I have tried various speedo and tyr goggles and all of them seem fine for the first month or so, but after a while they wear down and I am left with two choices: have them loose and comfortable but end up with water leaking into them the entire swim OR tighten them up so much that it feels like my eyes are getting pulled out of their sockets. These are by far the most comfortable goggles I have ever owned and keep out water fairly well. They now leak every once in a while (I have had them for over a year) but not bad and they are still really comfortable. On top of all this, they are also really easy to adjust. Finally, I have two paires. A clear pair for indoor swimming and a tinted pair for outdoor swimming. Both lenses are really nice, the tinted lenses are a lifesaver when doing open water swims and you have to look into the sun to spot and if you haven't swam in clear lens googles indoors you don't know what you are missing (you can see so much better).

Leaked, fogged, just not good
I guess I have "deep set eyes", because these goggles would not stay sealed. I also had double-vision while wearing them underwater. And after a month or two they started fogging, just like every pair of goggles that was ever made and ever will be made. Also, the adjustment mechanism, while kind of cool, would snag my hair all the time. Did I mention that the lenses are amazingly thin, and the whole thing is basically injection-molded rubber around them? I don't know how durable they are in the long run, but they are very cheap as a matter of pure construction. They also cause lines in the areas where they suck to the face, because the gasket material has a sharp edge. And they're bad for outdoor swimming, because they are large and opaque, and so create an awful tanline. It was a relief to go back to the vanquishers after these. For the record, those aren't amazing, I'd say 4/5, but they stay sealed, are made of heavy plastic, and aren't overly bulky. They also allow more peripheral vision, if you don't mind having it be somewhat distorted by the curved plastic. It's enough to see when the color on the lane lines change, enabling turns while doing the backstroke. With the kayenne, it's just thick black rubber. Basically, these are goggles for casuals. Moreover, they don't work well on all face shapes. Strong "do not buy".
