Great microphone when it works, you must buy it from a Philips approved retailer. There is no manufacturer support, no published phone for warranty, only your retailer can contact Philips when it goes bad.The do not cover the USB cable that comes with it, even if you bought it yesterday.If your dictation software support another speech mike, try something else.

I currently use this for Dragon and it works way better than the powermic suggested for the program. My translation seems to be more accurate. Small, comfortable handset with easy to use, programable buttons and roller ball.
