I've been using this for 9+ months now and recently noticed I could purchase from Amazon. This is a great maintenance supplement! It's nothing like a cleanse. Very gentle, non-stimulant. I only take this in the morning but I no longer feel bloated and feel much better overall.

I wanted a product that I could take on the road with me as I travel a lot and didn't want to deal with powders and mixes. This stuff is GREAT! I take 4 a day with two large glasses of water. Sometimes when traveling for long periods of time, I will use it twice a day just to ensure I stay regular. Very gentle on your system as long as you drink enough water.
