Good price and durability
Easy to use product. It's an aluminum tube with reinforced plastic feet support and a removable mic holder on top. It has a screw on the side with a star cap that you can twist to adjust the height, very simple to operate and doesn't get sticky. The height of the stand is adjustable for about 1.5" and is able to 360 degree rotate around if you need it to. It easily held and fit both a pop filter and large microphone with a shock holder on the metal support. The product ships quickly with the mic holder not attached, if you use a flathead for the bottom of the holder you can get the universal female adapter with a diameter of 5/8" - undoubtedly the best part of this product. The tripod is very sturdy and has been holding 4 pounds with no issue whatsoever. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs their mic close to their face without worry of knocking it over.

Great value!
This is hefty enough to hold my shockmounted large-condenser mic. I wish it could adjust a bit higher - the photo shows it at its max height - which of course is ample for use seated at a desk, and that's its stated purpose. I just wanted something to use when standing to record in my tiny studio, that didn't take up floor space. But I can rig up some sort of platform, so not a huge deal. One thing to note - I almost returned it bc I didn't understand that there's an adapter screwed into the mic clip that comes with it (at least it was for me - this was a repackage). A standard-size mic clip won't fit on the post without that adapter - you need to unscrew the adapter from the clip (which wasn't easy for me, so I wasn't even sure it did unscrew at first) and then attach the adapter to the post, before you can use a standard clip (which the included clip will be after you remove the adapter I guess :)Also one of the legs doesn't lock into place like the others, which isn't a big deal for functionality, but is maybe why this one was returned the first time? All in all, a good item I expect to use a long time.

More than satisfied with it!
I didn't know whether I should go with the 8 dollar microphone stand that has both the microphone stand and clip or buy the more popular microphone stand (~$13) and a shure clip (~$3). I decided to go with this because the reviews aren't too shabby. I'm so glad I did. I saved some cash and this sand gives me exactly what I needed. I was afraid the construction would be full on plastic, but surprisingly, the stand is completely metal and it's very well weighted so my microphone isn't falling back. This was a great buy and I'm definitely really satisfied with it considering the price!

It works just fine, but you need to keep re-tightening it.
This is a fine stand. There's nothing wrong with it for normal use, it holds a microphone and stands well.I purchased mine to use while traveling, and it's not really suited to the task. The legs are held on with screws, and unfolding the legs turns the screws (loosening them). If you don't have a Phillips screwdriver with you, it's going to fall apart. It's not really designed for lots of folding and unfolding.Even so, with a screwdriver it's alright. It's not too heavy, not too tough and durable, and not too expensive. It's okay for desktop microphone duty. It's tolerable for travel.

and still is working perfect.
I purchased these to use my Ipad with an Iklip in a table on the place where I perform, so I have the chance to have at reach the tracks right at the side of the mixing console. Before I was using a regular mic stand and I had to put it at the side of the table, and because the place provides the equipment, now I have the chance to use another mic stand for minor percussion or to invite another person to perform. Tiny but strong, this mini stand holds the weight of the Ipad along with its LifeProof case and the weight of the Iklip itself. Looks that will last for years, Pyle-Pro is a company that was at the level of Gemsound or Gemini, and as Numark gained reputation, they are on the same path, with affordable prices. For years I have a direct box from Pyle-Pro that compared with name brand ones I saved 80% on the price, and still is working perfect.

Good replacement
My original stand broke - one leg. I ordered this as a replacement and it is far superior to the original. It is sturdy, easy to set up and does the trick. Highly recommend.

No me arrepiento.

Base funcional
