Probaby not. mbt is used in making valcanized rubber. These gloves are Nitrile and comply withe FDA regulations for Food Contact, 170-199. They are my favorite gloves.

Can these be washed and reused??

I don't think they're designed for that. I reuse them frequently but I'm an artist. I don't need them to be sanitized.
