Great for laundry, washing my dogs, carpet cleaning, and all-purpose cleaning.
I've used this on laundry. I didn't have any particular complaints, but the overall softness was just a little better with my old soap. HOWEVER I give it 5 stars because it does work well and has a pleasant clean smell (although clothes won't smell like anything at all unless you add too much soap). It really does just take a tiny squirt (the squirter allows just 1 teaspoon - which is a full load for my front load washer). I've used this in our carpet cleaner - it's a great non-foaming soap for all sorts of stuff. I think it does a great job getting stuff out of the carpet (and we've tried a few different soaps now). It's pleasant smelling and I LOVE LOVE LOVE that it's natural, non-toxic, and concentrated to an amazing degree. I've used it to bathe my dogs. I LOVE it for that too! I think it can be used for a lot of different things. We will keep using it even if we don't use it for laundry. It's a great travel-soap in case I visit family and want to bring my own laundry soap.

Amazing Job
I'm looking for a more all around Eco-Friendly life without having to make crazy changes to my lifestyle and decided give this a shot. While harsh bleach could do the job, I coincidentally spilled coffee on my white shorts after this arrived. It worked wonders and took the stain out, everything is clean and smells good (as in my workout shirts don't smell gross, but fragrance free). I highly recommend the product. Bottle is extremely small due to the concentration of 18x. Easy to carry if you're using an apartment/dorm/laundromat a distance away. No need to do any measuring, 1 squirt for an HE load, 2 for a standard load. No mess. Really convenient. A tip though, make sure to undo the squirt top before inserting it into the bottle, that way it lets the detergent go up the squirt top straw. I put it in without doing that and it caused the detergent to overflow. With the high concentration I probably lost like 2-3 loads of detergent, but I think the cost per load is low enough compared to standard detergents I'm still saving money while going all natural. I wasn't expecting it to remove a stain like that since it's only supposed to be a detergent so I'm also picking up a similar eco-friendly (dye/fragrance free, no chlorine/phosphates/biodegradable, non-toxic, natural ingredients, no animal testing) bleach alternative like I normally would if I was doing laundry since I shouldn't expect a detergent to act as bleach/stain remover all the time. Not to mention a lot of the alternatives can also be used on non-whites. It definitely did more than I would expect from a detergent on one of those classically hard to remove stains, hence the 5 stars. Hope this was of some help to those deciding on an eco-friendly detergent.

Work well
Appears to clean clothes well and softens it enough to not need fabric softener. My only little pet peeve is that it doesn't leave the clothes smelling like much of anything. Just a slight clean smell that's hard to describe. Not a really bad thing I'm just used to having newly washed clothes smelling like something that is very recognizable and tells my brain 'CLEAN'. So I decided to mix it in with my favorite detergent of ALL time. I kid you not, after tons of trials my favorite is zum clean aromatherapy laundry soap in frankincense & myrrh awesome fragrance which by the way is also an all natural detergent. This is quite pricey so now I use a bit less of the zum and then one pump of the NaturOli and my clothes smell awesome and seems to be getting softened very nicely because of the NaturOli. So overall I'm happy I found this soap nuts detergent.

Great natural cleaner!
This was my third order of soap nuts. We have a grey line from our washer that drains around some raised flower beds. I was worried about my plants so I tried soap nuts. I use them for everything except whites. We live in the country and the hot weather here in Tx makes whites tough to clean. All the other clothes do great with some spot treatments on tough stains. I make dishwasher soap( liquid) from the nuts I ordered first. I then put the nuts in the bags and use them in the washer till they are shredded. I really like this concentrate ( it's easier) , but the nuts works great too. I think they work better if you soak the bag in hot water a few minutes, and dump it in the washer. I leave it in till I take the clothes out and find no need for dryer cloths. The clothes come out very soft. I had some beach towels that were very scratchy, after using soap nuts they are much softer now. I haven't lost a plant in my flower beds yet where the water drains.

It's great!
This is excellent, I'm new to soap nuts and this was the first form I bought. It's true that it is very concentrated, and I found it to work very well. I am now making my own using the nuts and water on the stove. It doesn't come out as clear as this, This must be very well filtered. I'd recommend purchasing it if you don't want to make your own concentrate. BTW, It makes excellent shampoo if you're tired of using detergent in your hair. I'm still going to play around with thickening it up somehow, but this will work right out of the bottle. It won't suds up like detergent shampoos, but It will leave your hair clean without any residues and chemical perfumes.

Only laundry soap you will ever need, small footprint
Now our ONLY laundry soap. We use it in our front loading ASKO clothes washer, one or two pumps per load, depending on soil level of clothing items. Rinses out completely, no residue, no lingering sent (does have a slight alcohol sent when first pumped into tub, but quickly dissipates) no scent after washing is complete. Entire family loves it. Gets out stains and odors without pretreating, leaves clothes soft and fresh. Towels, blankets and sheets are actually softer than they have been in years. Cost and space saving, you really cannot go wrong with this fine product. Only one picayune complaint, that is that if the container is stored in a warm location the pump dispenser will drip the soap out on its own. We keep ours in a little plastic cup, the cup that is to catch any drips an use by rinsing out when the bottle is empty.

It's just OK, but the pump LEAKS!!!
I am new to using chemical free soaps and this seems the most pure and hassle free way to use soap nuts. I'm not the kind of person that wants to fuss with cooking nuts to make my own soap and this only has 4 ingredients so it is definitely the most pure liquid product on the market. Cleaning power: I noticed that using 2 pumps as directed in my top loading HE washer it cleans most things pretty well and I like that I can use it on my hand wash items like my period panties and not worry about ruining them. However, it did NOT take out my mascara marks all the way on my unbleached cotton face towels. I will try pre-treating next time I have make up or oily stains on my clothes (I've never had to pretreat for make up before with traditional soap like Tide). - 1 star Packaging: this pump is HORRIBLE. You have to pump out several pumps at first to prevent the liquid overflowing when you first insert the pump on the bottle. It also leaked all over the top of my washer. I didn't even understand how because the sides of the bottle were never sticky or had residue of any kind but there was so much residue on my washer top I was able to wet a shirt, wipe if off, and clean a whole load of laundry with it. This bottle lasted me a month and it's $18. I am pretty sure when I bought tide it lasted me a lot longer than a month -1 star I am going to buy another bottle because I really do want to give this a fair shot. I don't mind that there is no smell to my clothes as long as they don't still smell bad or have stains after washing. I use it in both hot and cold water and on all my clothes, linens, and even dog toys.

Clean and Effective
A little goes a long way - leaves no scent at all, leaves no residue. My washer drains to a French drainfield adjacent to a wildlife sanctuary so Iโm rabid about no detergents or chemicals whatsoever. This is my second bottle - previously used the soap berries themselves which also worked great. The bottle is just a bit easier to use and racier to store. Great for the environment and your equipment as well.
