adidas Defender Medium Duffel, One Size/13 x 24 x 12-Inch

I am finally writing a review on this gym bag after having it for about 2 and a half years. I do go to the gym about 4 to 6 times a week. So I use the bag pretty regularly. I really wanted to love the bag. I got the medium in light blue. I loved the size and it had a shoe compartment which was able to fit two pairs of shoes fit sideways. I go to work right after work so I needed a to carry my gym shoes. I even used this bag as a carryon for a flight, although it was a little big, but I was able to manage to carry it across security. It has one main compartment, a side compartment for the dirty clothes, and 1 for shoes. The bag is very comfortable to wear over shouldersThis bag did not last as long as I thought, after about 6 months to a year, the inside starting peeling out and then my bag became flimsy. The outside lacing or whatever you call broke off and this is all within the first year. Also a hole starting to form near where the shoulder strap attaches to and finally I decided to get a new bag. Under Armour Undeniable Duffel Bag, Red, Medium is what I replaced with and I feel this bag is about the same size maybe slightly smaller. It has an extra compartment for things like my deodorant or snacks in the front and so far seems to be better quality than the adidas bag. Overall this bag is good for the price but the fact that it didn’t last as long as I hoped brings my ratings down from a 5 star to a 3 Star.

Bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday for the gym. He LOVES it. I'm hoping the inside doesn't flake off like the other reviews said, but even if it does, it's probably still worth the price. He can fit tons of stuff in it. it's nice, roomy and he loves that the arm strap doesn't slide off his shoulder like his last bag did, because they put a tacky material on the underside to grip to your shoulder. He can fit a large towel, tons of cloths, full sized boxing gloves, shoes, toiletry bag, resistance straps and more into it. If you want a roomy bag that can fit a great amount of stuff in it, then this is the bag. If you only need to take one outfit and a towel go with the smaller bag. Oh, and we have lockers at our gym that are tall and thin and he can stuff this bag into it sideways and it fits. Some complain that the bag collapses when it's empty.. who cares about that? Actually it helps that it isn't stiff and solid because then you can stuff it into a locker. I definitely recommend for the price.

The Adidas Defender Duffel Bags is a very good quality product. It came enclosed in a seal plastic bag, and I found everything in mint condition.The Bad: I bought the bag from Amazon who used FogDog to fullfill the order. Even before I opened the plastic bag, it smelled like someone was smoking. Now, I may be critical because I don't smoke, but my room started to smell like someone was smoking. .I placed it in my 3 car garage and let it hang overnight. The next morning, the garage smell like cigarette smoke. I swear, this bag really smelled, and it came in a sealed bag.Finally, I put it in the wash. Yeah, I know, don't put it in the wash because it will ruin the Adidas logo. Well, the smell was so bad, I put it in the washer.It came out of the wash, the Adidas logo was ruined, and the bag still had a very faint smell of cigarette.Now the logical conclusion, if you buy something that is not directly shipped from Amazon, make sure it comes from a smoke free vendor. I could have returned it, and I'm sure Fogdog would have been very helpful, but the fact that I received a brand new product that smell like cigarette smoke just stopped me from doing business with them again.I will continue to use Amazon, as I have the two day free shipping membership, but I will try to be very careful in selecting the vendors Amazon uses to fullfill their orders.

Great bag, very roomy. I love the color. I bought this bag as a daily gym bag. It's probably a little bit bigger than I needed for a gym bag but I like having the extra room. I can easily use this as a weekend trip bag as well. There are just 2 things I would change. One, I wish there were additional small pockets for keys and such on the ends. There is a small key pouch on the inside of the main compartment but I would rather have a small pocket on the outside. The other thing I would change is the clips for the shoulder strap, they really squeak! They sound like I have a dying mouse in my bag as I am walking to the car, haha. Other than that I really like the bag, feels high quality, especially the zippers.

No really, this bag was a gift for my best friend because she didn't have a gym bag for crossfit.This bag is a GREAT size for all your basic gym necessities! She puts her protein shake, protein powder, oly shoes, spare clothes, jewelry, weight lifting belt, wrist wraps, water bottle, YOU NAME IT, IT FITS !!It's also got this amazing side pocket to put your stinky gym shoes in so that it won't stink the inside of your bag and the side pocket has a mesh layer letting your shoes get some air!!On the inside it's sturdy and has a few pockets to put your smaller items.The quality is AMAZING and heavy duty.She loves this gym bag and now cannot unfriend me for life thanks to this bag.Thank you Adidas Defender Medium Duffel Bag for securing my friendship, providing quality gym holding bag experience, and making my friend look like a pro-athlete.GREAT BUY, GREAT QUALITY, GREAT PRICE!!!

This bag is perfect for me! I am a college student and this bag fits so much more than I expected for long breaks. I can also comfortably take it to the gym with me. There are a good number of pockets that are pretty spacy as well ( I could fit a pair of shoes in one whole pocket). There's also a small zipper pocket on the inside to fit really small things. I love this bag, the strap is very comfortable and its sturdy as well. There are two handles at the bottom on each side which really helps when having to move it or load it onto something. The color is definitely true to the picture( i got the pink/black one). I am very pleased with this purchase, this bag is well worth the money spent.

It's a lot shinier than I thought it would be, but overall it's a good size and was delivered quickly without any hassle. I do think it is kind of overpriced for it's quality though.
