Early Learning Centre 113399 Happyland Fairyland Bluebell Boot

We've had this toy since 2011. I am so disappointed that ELC Happyland toys are getting very hard to find in the US--there used to be more on Amazon. I would buy this even at the current price, which with shipping is nearly $100. All three of my kids still play with this and our other Happyland fairy toys ALL THE TIME. They have been some of our best purchases. Yes, the handle will fall off and the doors will fall off easily, but the toy is adorable and otherwise extremely durable, as are the figures. The doors are made to be able to be popped back on easily, too. My kids hardly touch their FP Little People but these figures are always riding around in trucks, going "swimming" in pretend pools, having "school", etc. This is a wonderful toy.

I love this toy! I bought it for my 2 year old daughter for Christmas. The colors and design are so cute! I love that the pieces are bigger and not easily lost or swallowed. However, the only thing that I dislike is the handle keeps falling off. You can't even carry it by the handle. My husband found this out when he was trying to see under the boot to locate the battery compartment and it fell on his head (don't worry, he'll live). anyway that's really the only reason I can't give this a higher rating. Shame! Lovely otherwise.

Got this as an Easter gift for my toddler daughter. Unlike some of the other reviews I've read, I haven't had any issues with it's durability. My daughter will play with it every now and then but there's just not that much to keep her interested in all honesty. I wish they would have included more furniture with it or some more sounds. She does like to press the doorbell on the front and hear the sounds it makes. Overall it's a cute toy and I'm hoping she will play with it more when she gets a little older and has more of an imagination.

I bought this toy for my 20-month old niece for Christmas and it was a big hit! She was fascinated by all of the doors and putting the "fairy people" inside. The handle did come off during play, but very easily can be popped back into place, so it wasn't a big deal. Also, while the doorbell/lights are battery operated, I think all of the adults were surprised by the pleasant and relatively quiet sound of the bells - definately a plus compared to oftentimes loud (and annoying) noisemaking features of other electronic toys. Overall, a great toy and am very happy to have purchased it. I'd definately recommend it.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas last year (2010). She was just a little over 2 years old at the time and absolutely loved it. She played with it for nearly an hour the first time she opened and still loves playing with it a year later! The door and handle do come off the hinges at times, but they're easy enough to put back on. The fairies are adorable and often get played with in different houses/toys she has.

I bought this Bluebell Boot for my daughter and it is so cute! The doorbell actually works, the swing actually swings and the whole thing opens up for play inside the house. Also, the roof lifts up so you can reach inside and play in the "attic" too. It comes with adorable play pieces and a handle for carrying. This product makes a fabulous gift for any little girl and provides a lot of role-playing playtime for her! You will enjoy this product!

I bought this for my daughter when she was about 22 months old. I was going to wait and give it to her for her birthday, but as soon as she saw the picture on the box she said, "Mommy please?" I had to give it to her. She absolutely LOVES it. She gets this out along with her Fisher Price Little People House and plays "Toys" as she likes to call it. She LOVES this toy fairy shoe!

we like this- my girls like it. the handle on top fell off pretty soon after we got it- you can still click it back on, but it falls off so easily that you can't trust it will hold, which means you can't really use it to carry it around, which was one of the reasons i bought it. not the end of the world, as my kids do still play with it, but a little disappointing.

Bought as present very strong & withstands a lot of rough play with younger children.Expensive for what it is tho
