Consistent quality and color - just what you need when working w/fondant
Have used this many times and have found it to be consistent in quality, usability and color. It's my 'go to' product for decor.

Fit the bill.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I used the red and blue for a child’s birthday cake. Good primary colors. Seemed just a tad hard to roll out. Is it just me, or have all brands of fondant become too expensive….

Easy to work with
This product was very easy to work with, and I don't have much experience with fondant. It didn't taste good or bad, but I don't expect fondant to taste good. I used it for cutouts over buttercream. I would never want to cover an entire cake in this stuff. The smooth buttercream technique looks just as good and tastes much better in my opinion. I used it to decorate a large tiered cake and have about half of it left. Loved that I didn't have to color it.

Easy to use. Great for decorating.
I know some people have complained about the taste but I rarely use fondant for eating and more for decorating. I have used this (and gum paste) many times for making figures, shapes, and decorations to put on the cake. It's very easy to use but I do recommend keeping what you are not using at the moment in the package so that it does not dry out too quickly.

Works but doesn't taste very good
I have been doing carved cakes for my son's birthday for the past four years and have been using fontant to cover them. Wilton's does work and it is nice to not have to color it myself (that involves getting my hands all stained unless I use surgical gloves to keep the food gel dys off) but it is not the best tasting brand. I have found that the Duff brand tastes better and works as well. I'm not fond of celebrity chef things so it was hard for me to switch but it is worth it. This year I didn't buy any and as long as I can find the Duff fondant I won't buy this brand again.
